The role also involves supporting a vibrant programme of school productions, drama clubs, and enrichment opportunities.Key Responsibilities*Deliver engaging and high-quality Drama lessons from KS3 to KS5*Direct and assist with school productions, showcases, and co-curricular performances*Encourage pupil involvement in drama competitions, festivals, and enrichment programmes*Track and assess pupil progress, offering targeted feedback and individual support*Collaborate with colleagues in the Arts Department to support an innovative curriculum*Promote key values such as confidence, teamwork, and creative thinkingAbout the SchoolThis respected all-boys’ independent school offers a holistic and forward-thinking education in a supportive and aspirational setting.
