Consultant Residential Surveyors

Role Description

This is a part-time Consultant Surveyor covering Dorset and parts of Hampshire. The Consultant Surveyor will conduct RICS-compliant property surveys, including Level 2 and Level 3 home surveys, on a fee split basis.

Responsibilities

• Preparing detailed and accurate reports.
• Liaising with clients to address their requirements and concerns.
• Ensuring professional standards are met consistently.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in conducting Level 2 and Level 3 RICS surveys.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills for accurate property assessments.
• Exceptional written communication and reporting abilities.
• Knowledge of RICS standards, compliance protocols, and property regulations.
• Strong client relationship management and interpersonal skills.
• Valid RICS accreditation and professional membership.
• Ability to travel to various locations across Dorset and Hampshire.
• Previous experience in residential property surveys is essential.
