Description
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments efficiently.
- Prepare and format reports, presentations, and correspondence for internal and external use.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transport.
- Act as a point of contact between senior executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Ensure timely follow‑up on action items and meeting outcomes.
- Maintain and organise confidential documents and records.
- Support event planning and execution as needed.
- Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks to support the smooth functioning of the department.
Profile
- Proven experience in a similar administrative or secretarial role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
- Discretion when handling confidential information.
Job Offer
