With both part time and full-time hours available, you will work 1‑to‑1 with a 68‑year‑old male client with an Acquired Brain Injury, helping him remain engaged in everyday life, access the local community and continue progressing towards meaningful rehabilitation goals.

As a Support Worker your role will include:
- Supporting a male client with Acquired Brain Injury in his home and local community
- Prompting and encouraging daily living routines and independence
- Assisting with medication and some personal care
- Encouraging engagement in outdoor and community activities
- Helping the client access hobbies and interests important to him
- Playing an active role in rehabilitation‑focused care
- Building positive routines and promoting wellbeing
What we’re looking for in a Support Worker
- Previous experience working within the health or social care sector
- NVQ / Diploma Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent experience
- Full UK driving licence and confidence driving a larger vehicle
- A proactive, compassionate and reliable approach
- Passion for rehabilitation and helping individuals achieve goals
- Somebody who enjoys outdoor activities and community engagement
