Our client, a well-established insurance organisation, is seeking a proactive Sales Development Representative to join their commercial department in Abingdon.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a results-driven individual who enjoys networking, generating leads, and creating opportunities that help the business grow.
The role:
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the commercial insurance sector
- Build and nurture relationships with potential clients through phone, email, social channels, and networking events
- Work closely with the commercial team to hand over warm leads for conversion
- Maintain accurate records of all activity using CRM systems
- Keep up to date with industry knowledge and market trends
About you:
- Proven experience in a sales, business development, or lead generation role
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage decision-makers
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive approach
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Competitive salary of £27,000 – £38,000 (depending on experience)
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5pm – no weekends!
