Children’s Home Registered Manager (New Opening)

The Rowan Organisation is seeking a Registered Manager for our new Ofsted-registered Children’s Homes in Rochdale. This role involves leading the registration process and ensuring exceptional care for children with emotional and behavioural needs.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care. You will develop individualized care plans and maintain compliance with regulations, fostering a positive environment for both staff and young people.
