Support Worker for Autism Services (Flexible Shifts)

ESPA is a charity in Sunderland looking for dedicated Support Workers to support individuals with Autism. This role involves providing assistance to those living independently, alongside the provision of outreach support, all tailored to individual needs.

The ideal candidates will exhibit excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude. In return, ESPA offers a strong employment package including up to 8 weeks paid holiday, a pension scheme, meals on shift, and comprehensive training for new staff.
