We are seeking a dedicated female Support Worker / Homecare Assistant to provide compassionate, person-centred care for an elderly gentleman in Colchester. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in elderly care, personal care, and Peg Management to make a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities
Provide personal care and companionship tailored to the individual’s needs
Support emotional wellbeing and daily routines
Assist with household tasks and Peg Management
Ensure safe mobility and encourage engagement in activities
Who We’re Looking For
Female applicants only (required for personal care, Schedule 9, Part 1, Equality Act 2010)
Must be a car driver with access to reliable transport
Empathetic, patient, and reliable
Previous experience in elderly care, homecare, or Peg Management is preferred
