Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Client Services Assistant based in Greater London. The position would suit a highly organised and efficient person looking for an opportunity to make an impact in a successful and rapidly expanding firm. You will be part of a Brazilian/Portuguese speaking team for the accounts’ opening of new relationships while maintaining existing ones and all administrative arrangements related to them. Written and spoken Portuguese of the highest standard essential.
Duties
- Acting diligently upon clients’ requests, such as assets transfers, payments and credit cards
- Supporting Relationship Managers, by providing advice and guidance related to clients’ accounts
- Providing a high-touch client service to support client retention and relationship management
- Liaising with custodian banks and other stakeholders
- Processing and monitoring incoming and outgoing payments
- Reconciling expenses, credit card invoices, and reimbursement requests
- Preparing monthly tracking and reporting spreadsheets to monitor client activity, performances, and expenses
- Preparing client presentations and reports, such as quarterly cost reviews and customised financial plans
Qualifications
- The successful candidates will need to demonstrate discretion, outstanding interpersonal skills, a high level of attention to detail and a pro-active attitude. Must be a team player, enthusiastic and self-motivated.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Previous experience in an administrative assistant role is required.
- Experience within the financial services industry is a plus.
- Degree educated preferred, or equivalent professional experience.

Compensation: From £32,000 (depending on experience) + discretionary year-end bonus + corporate pension scheme and 23 days’ annual leave
