What you’ll be doing
- Develop and execute marketing and communications initiatives across digital platforms, social media, website, internal channels, media, and outreach materials
- Create engaging content including articles, presentations, publicity materials, social media content, and communication collaterals to support departmental initiatives and campaigns
- Coordinate closely with internal communications teams and stakeholders on content development, media coordination, publicity efforts, and communication activities
- Manage and maintain website and social media content to ensure accuracy, consistency, relevance, and alignment with branding guidelines
- Organise and support departmental events, educational programmes, outreach activities, and stakeholder engagements
- Partner internal and external stakeholders including healthcare professionals, institutions, and community organisations to support public education and outreach initiatives
- Support initiatives that promote healthcare services, patient-centred care, clinical excellence, and healthcare innovation
- Provide operational and administrative support for departmental activities and projects where required
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor Degree level in Communications/ Marketing/ Public Relations/ Journalism or related studies
- 3 – 6 years of working experience in communications, digital marketing, content creation, outreach, stakeholder engagement, or event coordination will be advantageous, preferably in healthcare setting
- Strong writing, storytelling, and communication skills with ability to develop engaging and audience‑centric content
- Familiar with social media platforms, digital communications, and content management processes
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills with ability to manage multiple projects and timelines effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
