We are looking for a KS2 TA:
- To work in the classroom and support the class teacher in the delivery of learning activities for individuals or groups of children and to supervise the children during their lunch break
- To take a lead role in learning activities as set supported by the class teacher
- High expectations and a passion to help every child fulfil their potential.
- Someone who is enthusiastic proactive and a supportive team player.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Committed to the principles of an inclusive setting
- Flexible, creative and enthusiastic Support Assistants with experience of working with children
- With good communication skills and an ability to engage with children
- Careful, creative and have an innovative approach to working with children.
- Able to support teaching and learning to children with additional needs
