Talbot House Children’s Charity is launching a new role of Support Assistants (SAs) in our growing school, covering KS1 & KS2.
Responsibilities
As a Support Assistant, you will support pupils across KS1 & KS2, working with children who have complex needs, including SEMH, ASD, ADHD, trauma and attachment.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have experience working with SEN pupils or children with complex needs, including SEMH, ASD, ADHD, trauma and attachment. Some pupils may have multiple needs.
- Experience working with SEN pupils or children with complex needs.
- Background in supporting children with SEMH, ASD, ADHD, trauma and attachment.
- Enhanced DBS check and ongoing DBS update subscription.
Hours & Salary
Hours: Term time, Monday to Thursday 8:30 am-3:15 pm and Friday 8:30 am-2:45 pm. Total 33.25 hours per week, including paid lunch periods.
Salary: £22,441.04 per annum, paid 52 weeks of the year (no pro-rata).
