What will you be doing?
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support the CEO of Bright Futures 4 All, a charitable community hub, supporting neurodiverse and disadvantaged children.
We provide inclusive education, well-being & advisory services, to help all service-users to reach their full potent.
Bright Futures 4 All is at a pivotal stage of growth and to help achieve this we are looking for a volunteer who can support the CEO to provide support with administration, coordination and wider operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting with diary management and scheduling priorities
- Assisting with organising meetings, agendas, and follow ups
- Helping draft, format, and organise key communications and documents
- Supporting with tracking actions keeping projects organised
- Assisting with general administrative tasks that improve day-to-day efficiency
