About the Role

HERE is recruiting for an experienced, high‑octane, tenacious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our steadily growing sales team! In this role, you will drive our lead generation efforts across enterprise organisations, actively researching and developing new business opportunities and establishing a positive rapport with our clients. Our ideal candidate will be driven, organized, personable and creative, with an innate ability to think outside the box, leverage AI tooling to drive productivity, and be comfortable with daily cold‑call outreach. Experience with Financial Services or Technology is preferred.

Responsibilities

In the first 90 days, you can expect to:

  • Spend extensive time with all areas of the business to master knowledge of HERE’s technology value proposition, client base and target ICP.
  • Get a good understanding of how to use our sales resources, including Amplemarket, Salesforce, Gong, Sales Navigator & Google AI tools.
  • Build out your value proposition cheat sheet for each ideal ICP.
  • Extensively review HERE product material and proven successful outreach methods and content to build product knowledge.
  • Begin booking both inbound & outbound meetings for our Sales Directors in New York, London & Hong Kong (and start earning commission!).

Within the first 6 months, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing your own pipeline and booking meetings with senior decision‑making personas within key target accounts.
  • Continuing to deepen your understanding of your target market & ICP.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with prospects.
  • Communicating HERE value propositions effectively to the appropriate personas.

By one year anniversary, you should have accomplished:

  • Consistently hitting monthly targets.
  • Demonstrating an in‑depth understanding of HERE’s product & positioning on the phone to clients.
  • Contributing meaningfully to the success of the sales team, culture, and wider business.
  • Mastering your outreach cadence.
  • Managing your own successful pipeline efficiently.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years sales development experience within financial services or enterprise SaaS with a proven track record of lead conversion.
  • A results‑driven individual contributor who enjoys collaboration.
  • Experience in an SDR role for a SaaS, AI or Technology company with Enterprise products.
  • A history of working with leads across industries, preferably in Financial Services.
  • Resilience, self‑drive and adaptability to market changes while staying goal‑oriented.
  • Experience driving lead generation through frequent, direct cold‑calling.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, capable of collaborating with senior and executive‑level individuals.
  • Excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and a diligent work ethic.
  • Macro mindset and adaptability for success in this role.
