SMB Account Manager: Upsell & Retention Growth

Mimecast Services Ltd is looking for a SMB Account Manager in Greater London to work with existing accounts, uncover upsell opportunities, and reduce churn risk. The ideal candidate will have over a year of IT sales experience, particularly in Email, Messaging, Security, or Storage.

You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, collaborating with teams, and maintaining customer relationships while managing performance metrics and CRM activities.

The OTE salary range is between £68,000.00 and £85,000.00 GBP annually, plus benefits.
