Work Pattern

This is a 32 hour, early morning and core hours position, with shifts starting from 4am, including weekends. A full work pattern will be discussed at interview.

Please note that the + £3.00 p/h unsocial premium is only added on any hours worked between 22:00-06:00.

Responsibilities

• Act as the backstage powerhouse of the store, ensuring that stock, deliveries, and all vital behind‑the‑scenes work keeps the shop floor full, clean, and ready for customers.
• Work flexibly across the wider store, adapting quickly to meet the pace and demands of retail operations.
• Use digital tools confidently to track deliveries and manage stock efficiently, focusing on availability and speed.
• Collaborate effectively as a team player, supporting colleagues across functions and maintaining smooth store operations.
