Role Overview
Community Integrated Care is a large UK health and social care charity dedicated to enhancing the lives of people with diverse care needs. We are currently seeking a Male Support Worker to join our independent supported living team in Wick.
Shift Pattern
Work Monday‑Friday during school hours – 14 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to a young man with Autism, following a detailed person‑centred care and support plan.
- Assist with medication management.
- Help with cooking and personal care activities.
- Maintain the home environment and manage finances as required.
- Engage the resident in outdoor and physical activities, including driving when necessary.
Experience & Skills
The ideal candidate will be caring, enthusiastic, and self‑motivated. Experience with Autism, sensory processing, or ARFID is welcomed but not mandatory. We value the following qualities:
