A fantastic opportunity for a Demi Chef de Partie to join us at our InterContinental Edinburgh The George on a Full-Time Contract. You will earn £14.60 per hour, equivalent to a salary of £30,368.00, plus service charge.

Responsibilities
- Support our CDPs and wider Kitchen team to provide excellent culinary experiences by ensuring great flavour, presentation and timely service.

Qualifications
- Passion for delivering excellent culinary experiences and experience in various kitchen sections.
- Experience as a Demi CDP in a 4/5* hotel or restaurant.
- City & Guilds 706/1 or NVQ equivalent.
- Commitment to providing luxury experiences and willingness to personalise guests’ stays with local knowledge.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the team and keep guests at the center of the focus.
