IT Services Technician (1st/2nd Line) – Student & Staff

Huddersfield New College is looking for a dedicated IT Services Technician to provide first and second line support. In this full-time role, you will assist with the maintenance of IT hardware/software and network infrastructure.

The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting and customer service skills, along with relevant qualifications. The position is focused on supporting both students and staff in a dynamic educational environment.

Salary ranges from £26,818 to £28,634 per annum based on experience.
