Type: Ongoing, Temporary

Shifts Available: Monday to Friday – 06:00 – 16:00

About the Company

ACS Staffing Solutions are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established food manufacturer based in Moulton Park, Northampton, specialising in premium ham production. We are looking for dedicated and reliable Production Operatives to join their expanding team.

Responsibilities

• Working across various stages of production including raw preparation, slicing, curing, packing, boxing, and hygiene.
• Handling raw pork for ham production
• Operating machinery for slicing, curing, and packaging
• Following health and safety standards to maintain a hygienic environment
• Labelling and packing finished products for distribution
• Maintaining consistent product quality and presentation

Requirements

• Previous experience in food production is a plus, but not essential
• Comfortable working in a chilled environment
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced team
• Attention to detail and good work ethic
