About the Role

Join our dynamic Onsite Production Team at Forza Foods! We have an exciting opportunity for a Production Operative to become a vital part of our onsite Production Team at our Protein site in Normanton. Position Details

• Schedule: 4 on 2 off, rotating morning and afternoon shifts between 6:30am and 10:30pm
• Location: Forza, Normanton – Site Based Role
• Contract Type: Permanent
• Working at a high care, chilled meat processing and packing facility handling poultry, pork, and beef

Key Responsibilities

• Work within a high care chilled environment, handling food products, operating machinery, and adhering to strict hygiene and safety procedures.
• Ensure products are correctly packed and labelled to target in line with company and customer expectations and report defects or poor quality to a Line Leader.
• Correctly pack finished goods safely, to specification standards, and in the correct orientation within each box, and safely stack boxes to a required height.

What are we looking for?

• Good practical skills and the ability to work quickly and methodically, concentrate while performing repetitive tasks and follow instructions.
• Can‑do attitude and proactive approach, understanding of health and safety policies in the workplace, and basic written and spoken English.
• Previous experience working in a fast‑paced environment; experience with food production or a chilled environment background is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Willingness to work in a chilled environment (protective clothing provided).
