Job Summary
Restoration technicians play a key role in helping homeowners and small businesses recover from water damage, mold remediation, fire and smoke damage, and other restoration needs. Technicians perform water removal, material removal, disinfection, drying, mold remediation, and support building restoration efforts.
Details
- Pay: $18.50 – $31.00 per hour (plus mileage reimbursement). Higher rate available based on experience, skills, availability, and dependability.
- Shift: On-call; various times including some weekend/after‑hours rotations (average 30–40 hours per week).
- Location: Various homes and businesses in metro Detroit suburbs.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (some college a plus).
- Reliable transportation and good driving record.
- Availability to work after hours and weekends as needed in a rotation.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Immediately responsive to texts and phone calls and be on time.
- IICRC Water Restoration certification a plus.
