We’re looking for proactive, organised Purchasing Admin Assistant to join our Exeter office (EX5 1AU) and play a vital role in keeping our purchasing and stores operations running effectively.

This role is a full time, permanent role working 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Our Exeter office has on-site parking and is best accessed via car.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist with the management of purchasing inbox enquiries
- Support the processing and validation of parts requests.
- Assist with the ordering of equipment
- Communicate with staff across multiple locations to provide updates on order progress and resolve queries.
- Maintain continuity of stock and supplier performance.
- Identify and report issues or potential improvements to enhance the day-to-day running of the stores and procurement function.

- Good understanding of computer systems – proficient at MS Office packages and ability to learn in-house systems
