What you’ll bring

  • Genuine interest and enthusiasm in building a career in People.
  • Obsessively organized, with strong attention to detail.
  • Early career experience in a professional environment.
  • Approachable, positive, and confident – building relationships across the business; happy to be present in the office (minimum once a week, flexible with notice).
  • Adaptable – able to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Bright and ideas‑driven – constantly looking to improve and welcome ideas.
  • Emotionally intelligent, with sound judgement and discretion.
  • Self‑starter who is happy to take initiative.
  • Comfortable handling confidential information.
  • Interest in systems, data, or process improvement.
  • Curious about how tools (including AI) can improve ways of working.
  • Experience using Personio and/or CultureAmp is highly desirable, but not essential.
