Assistant Commercial Lead Generation

Purpose of the Role
- Generate sales leads and commercial opportunities.
- Develop an attractive commission scheme based on leads generated and appointments hosted.
- Demonstrate familiarity with the product range and that of competitors.
Responsibilities and Experience
We are looking for an energetic and resourceful individual to interact with the luxury interior design world, architects, hospitality sectors, developers and large‑scale contract development teams to increase brand awareness and drive footfall into our Brompton Road showroom.
Day to Day requirements
Part‑time position – hours to be agreed.
- Experience working with high‑end luxury brands in interiors, furniture or appliance sectors.
- Own the role, showing maturity and flexibility to handle daily challenges.
- Adaptable, proactive and able to multi‑task.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Master communicator, comfortable with face‑to‑face negotiations.
- Provide a consultative sales approach.
- Self‑motivated, punctual and committed to excellence with high integrity standards.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Targets
- Drive the brand and sales forward with developers, architects and interior designers.
- Generate sales leads and traffic to the BR showroom.
- Build a strong network across the design and development community.
- Attend and host relevant networking groups and events.
- Catalogue and monitor developments in London and wider relevant areas.
- Stay aware of who is building/developing what and where.
- Benefit from a competitive salary and commission scheme.
