What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting teaching and learning across Key Stage 1
• Assisting with phonics, literacy, reading and early numeracy interventions
• Working 1:1 and with small groups to accelerate pupil progress
• Supporting classroom engagement, routines and behaviour
• Preparing resources and assisting with creative lesson activities
• Helping create a positive, stimulating and inclusive learning environment
