We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Adult Support Workers to join our team. You will be supporting adults with a range of needs, promoting independence, dignity, and well‑being in a care setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, person‑centred care and support
• Assist with daily living activities, including personal care
• Support service users with mobility and moving & handling tasks
• Build positive relationships with service users and colleagues
• Maintain accurate records and follow care plans
• Ensure a safe and supportive environment at all times

Requirements

• Valid DBS registered on the Update Service (mandatory)
• Moving & Handling Practical Training Certificate (must)
• Previous experience in adult care is preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional attitude
