Term Time (190 days) + 7 days, 5 days per week, 37.5 hours per week, £20,011 pro‑rate salary (incl. SEN)
Role Overview
As a Teaching Support Assistant Apprentice, you will work under the guidance of the class teacher as part of the classroom team, supporting learners with their education and life journeys.
Responsibilities
- Assist in classroom activities and learning support.
- Work alongside other support staff to nurture and develop learners.
- Support students under the teacher’s direction.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid Level 3 Teaching Support Assistant qualification or willingness to complete an apprenticeship.
- Enthusiastic, energetic, and passion for supporting autistic learners.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
