Waterjet Machine Operator

Established for over 30 years and based in Chorley Lancashire.

We are looking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic Machine Operator to join our busy and expanding team based in Chorley, Lancashire.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual, who wishes to progress within a dynamic and rapidly expanding company.

Ideal candidates should be able to demonstrate the following:

• Previous experience operating CNC Waterjet /CNC Lasers /PLASMA. would be an advantage
• Good understanding of engineering drawings
• Excellent attendance and timekeeping essential
• Counterbalance FLT licence is an advantage
• Able to set and maintain a high standard of workmanship
• Able to work pro-actively and as part of a team.
• Work overtime when necessary.
• Self-motivated with a can-do attitude.
• Experience in the steel industry
• Quality control and adhere to ISO9001

Working Location

Chorley, Lancashire

Hours of Work

Monday to Friday – 6:00am to 3pm.

Commensurate with experience
