Location: Bicester

Salary: £30,196 to £31,259 plus £46.01 per sleep in and attendance bonus

We are looking for an experienced Senior Support Worker to join a Children’s Residential Home in Bicester. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about supporting young people and ready to take the next step in their childcare career.

You will lead shifts, support staff teams, promote positive behaviours, and help create a safe, nurturing and structured environment for young people.

Requirements

• Level 3 Residential Childcare qualification or equivalent
• Minimum 12 months residential childcare experience
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong safeguarding and leadership skills

Duties include

• Leading shifts within the home
• Supporting and mentoring Support Workers
• Promoting positive outcomes for young people
• Supporting education, routines and independence
• Maintaining accurate records and care plans
• Building positive relationships with young people
