Qualifications

• Technical skills or discipline (e.g., carpentry, plumbing, single phase electrics) – essential
• Pool plant operators qualification (STA or similar)
• A full driving licence or ability to travel efficiently between clubs within region
• Strong engagement, communication and active listening skills
