Job Type: Full-time, permanent, 5 days out of 7.

Job Overview

Rhinefield House Hotel & Spa is a luxury hotel located in the New Forest. We are seeking an enthusiastic Chef de Partie to manage a designated kitchen section and support the delivery of an outstanding culinary experience for guests.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, cook and present dishes to a consistently high standard, ensuring quality, care and seasonal flair.
  • Manage your section efficiently during service, maintaining high standards of food hygiene and safety.
  • Ensure mise en place is completed to the highest level.
  • Support junior team members and monitor stock within your section.
  • Assist with menu preparation across the hotel, including private dining and special events.
  • Help to ensure every dish enhances the guest experience.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a professional kitchen, ideally within a quality hotel or restaurant environment.
  • Good understanding of running a section and maintaining high culinary standards.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a genuine passion for food, learning, and development.
  • Willingness to work a full‑time role of 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 including weekends on a rota basis.
