Your Purpose
Help people using our services to live the lives they choose based on what they need and what is important to them. This covers assisting with personal hygiene, washing, dressing, meals, daily activities, and social participation, always in a dignified and respectful manner.
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent care and support that is safe, respectful, and tailored to each individual’s needs.
- Provide personal care, including hygiene, dressing, oral care, and nail care.
- Manage medication safely, ensuring correct dosage and timing.
- Prepare meals and support dietary requirements.
- Assist with household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, ironing, and shopping.
- Encourage a social and active lifestyle.
- Provide companionship to reduce isolation.
- Collaborate with Support Officers to plan and review care and support needs.
- Record care provision, feedback, and relevant information for peers and managers.
- Report concerns about a person’s well-being.
