This is a brilliant opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join a high volume, fresh food focused country pub with a strong legacy in the local area. Known as the place to go for well executed traditional pub dishes, especially its Sunday roast dinners, the venue is looking for a chef who can keep quality and consistency high during busy services.

This would suit a Chef de Partie who enjoys classic country pub cooking, takes pride in fresh food and can manage a section confidently while supporting the wider kitchen team.

You will be joining a supportive, family owned business that is built around training, internal progression and developing people from within. The right chef will be willing to learn, step up when needed and grow within a positive kitchen environment.

  • Assist with stock control and minimise waste where possible
  • Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure smooth and efficient service
