Salaray: £24,000 to £26,000

About the Role

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Paralegal working closely with an experienced team within our client’s Commercial Property department. This is a fantastic entry‑level role offering hands‑on experience, structured support, and clear progression opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with transactional commercial property matters
• Supporting a strong pipeline of post‑completion work
• Preparing legal documents and managing case files
• Liaising with clients, third parties, and internal teams
• Providing general paralegal support across the wider team when required

About You

• Some property experience is desirable but not essential (full training provided)
• A strong willingness to learn and develop within a legal environment
• Ability to take initiative and manage tasks independently
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• A positive attitude with a proactive, “can‑do” approach
