We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Agent role in a Financial Services company based in London. The company with its new platform, affluents with global outlooks will be able to take back control of their financial lives. You’ll start as a customer service representative, assisting customers with onboarding and dealing with their questions, and there are many possibilities to acquire knowledge of financial services for further career perspective. This position will offer a variety of shift schedules.

Job Requirements:

  • It would be advantageous if you have prior customer service experience.
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities are essential.
  • Ability to operate in a self-contained environment with little or no supervision.
  • Attentive to detail and self-motivated.
  • Participant in a group.
  • The ability to communicate clearly in writing and spoken.
  • Abhorrence of web (user of a variety of online and phone applications).
  • Internet support and communication solutions, such as HappyFox and JIRA, are a plus (Work exposure is not required).
  • It is necessary to be able to communicate in both written and spoken English.
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin and/or Cantonese.
  • Legally authorised to work in the UK.
