Job Overview

We’re looking for a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team, creating exceptional dishes and delivering an all‑encapsulating experience to our guests. As a Chef de Partie you will work alongside the Head Chef and be involved in creating new menus for our destination restaurant & Bar.

Key Information

  • Role: Chef de Partie
  • Salary: £32,000 per annum + Service Charge
  • Working hours: 50 hours weekly
  • Address: The Baileys Hotel London, SW7 4QH

Responsibilities

Work within a diverse, inclusive, and supportive environment, contributing to menu creation, kitchen operations, and kitchen standards.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a Chef de Partie within a fast‑paced quality restaurant or hotel
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety, Food & Hygiene
  • A creative approach with impeccable attention to detail
  • Passion for food and hospitality, together with the eagerness to continually learn
  • The ability to work well within a team
  • The ability to multi‑task and work well under pressure
