Job Overview
We’re looking for a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team, creating exceptional dishes and delivering an all‑encapsulating experience to our guests. As a Chef de Partie you will work alongside the Head Chef and be involved in creating new menus for our destination restaurant & Bar.
Key Information
- Role: Chef de Partie
- Salary: £32,000 per annum + Service Charge
- Working hours: 50 hours weekly
- Address: The Baileys Hotel London, SW7 4QH
Responsibilities
Work within a diverse, inclusive, and supportive environment, contributing to menu creation, kitchen operations, and kitchen standards.
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Chef de Partie within a fast‑paced quality restaurant or hotel
- Knowledge of Health & Safety, Food & Hygiene
- A creative approach with impeccable attention to detail
- Passion for food and hospitality, together with the eagerness to continually learn
- The ability to work well within a team
- The ability to multi‑task and work well under pressure
