Role Overview

Production Specialist in Manufacturing Operations team. Responsible for overseeing and advancing departmental KPIs and objectives, supporting GMP Manufacturing group, ensuring operations and timelines are met, reviewing and enhancing manufacturing processes, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and advance departmental KPIs and objectives.
• Support GMP Manufacturing group to maintain smooth operations and adherence to schedules.
• Review and enhance manufacturing processes to promote continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Eligibility to work in the UK or valid work permit for full-time permanent employment.
• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in a related scientific/technical discipline or significant relevant experience in manufacturing industry.
• Experience in a support role within manufacturing industry.
• Previous experience in documentation generation.
• Ability to compile narrative and numerical reports and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
