Electrical Supervisor

We’re currently looking for an Electrical Supervisor to join one of our valued clients on a permanent basis in Cambridge. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a reputable company offering competitive pay, long-term stability, and career progression.

Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 (depending on experience and role)

Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical teams and engineers on site.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee installations to ensure compliance with standards, deadlines, and safety requirements.
• Conduct quality assurance checks, manage documentation, and liaise with project managers and clients.
• Support with health & safety, risk assessments, and material/labour management.

Requirements

• Proven supervisory or leadership experience within electrical projects.
• NVQ Level 3 qualification, 18th Edition, and ideally City & Guilds 2391/2394 (Testing & Inspection).
• ECS/CSCS Gold Card; SMSTS/SSSTS certification beneficial for larger projects.
• Full UK driving licence
