I’m working with a well-loved Yorkshire practice offering an exciting opportunity for a Conveyancing Assistant to join their busy Residential Property team. This role is perfect for someone who is highly organised, client-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
The Role
You’ll play a key role in supporting fee earners and the wider team, ensuring a smooth and efficient conveyancing process from instruction through to completion. This is a varied position where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing work through digital dictation systems (BigHand)
- Using a case management system to progress files
- Requesting property searches and AML checks
- Submitting Land Registry applications
- Handling calls and enquiries from clients and third parties
- Managing emails, post, and general correspondence
- Assisting with file opening and closing
- Supporting fee earners with day-to-day tasks
- Ensuring compliance with firm procedures and quality standards

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
