Our Housekeeping Assistants work within the “heart of the house” and bring their personality and flair to provide a warm and friendly service to our guests.

The guest journey is paramount, so you’ll know how to deliver a fantastic experience for our guests, time and time again, achieving Grand standards.

Role Details

£12.80 per hour – flexible hours to suit your availability

Shift patterns from 9-17.30pm weekdays and weekends inclusive 10-17.30pm

What the role involves

  • To service guest bedrooms to The Grand Housekeeping standard, presenting immaculate beds, sparkling bathrooms and inviting corridors.
  • To be accountable for an allocated section of bedrooms ensuring a high standard of cleanliness & presentation is second nature.
  • Be flexible to jump into any role within the housekeeping department when required.
  • Contribute to creating a warm and welcoming environment for our guests and colleagues.
  • Creating Memorable Guest Experiences.

What you will bring to the role

  • Team player.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Previous experience is desired but not essential, but be willing to learn.
  • Be fully flexible to be able to work shift patterns weekdays between 9-17.30pm and weekends inclusive 10-17.30pm.
