About the role
As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will help ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. This is a flexible bank role, offering shifts to suit service needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake a range of routine housekeeping duties, using initiative where appropriate
- Work flexibly across Support Services areas as required
- Maintain excellent communication with colleagues, patients, and visitors
- Adhere to all governance standards, policies, procedures, and protocols
- Ensure the highest standards of hygiene and infection control at all times
- Deliver exceptional service to patients and visitors, ensuring a positive experience
