Education and Qualifications

• Essential: Good level of education and clear understanding in English Language and literature. Able to demonstrate literacy, numeracy, and comprehension skills.
• Desirable: NVQ level 1 in cleaning and support services building interior, Basic food hygiene.

Experience

• Essential: Basic housekeeping experience, Hygiene COSSH procedures.
• Desirable: Infection prevention and control, NHS experience.

Skills and Knowledge

• Essential: Good communication skills.
• Essential: Able to deal confidently and professionally with members of the public and staff.
• Essential: Able to read and understand written and verbal communication/instruction.
• Essential: Team worker.
• Essential: Customer focussed.
• Essential: Basic IT skills.
