Hours

• 12‑hour shifts on a 4 on, 4 off rota
• 05:00‑17:00 or 09:00‑21:00 available
• Must be able to work full time on a long‑term basis

The Role of Food Production Operative

• Producing high‑quality bread, muffins and rolls as part of the team on a production line
• Supporting shift leaders to achieve targets
• Keeping your work area hygienic
• Potentially standing for up to 12 hours depending on shift

The Ideal Food Production Operative

• Must have experience in food production
• Must live in the local area (Cwmbran/Pontypool)
• Reliable with the ability to show initiative
• Flexible and adaptable to work across departments
• Great communication skills

Hot environment with manual work requiring some heavy lifting.

Regular work following a rota schedule leading to a permanent position.
