General Accountant – Immediate Start (Hybrid, London)

About the Role

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing general ledger accounting across multiple entities
• Handling month‑end close, including journals, accruals, and prepayments
• Completing balance sheet reconciliations and clearing backlog items
• Supporting management accounts and financial reporting
• Working closely with the wider finance team to improve processes
• Contributing to a fast‑paced, collaborative environment

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in general accounting / financial accounting
• Confident with month‑end, reconciliations, and journal posting
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Comfortable handling high‑volume workload and tight deadlines
• Part‑qualified, newly qualified, or qualified‑by‑experience
