Overview

Established over 20 years ago, our client is a leading construction contractor based in West Lothian.

We are offering multiple full-time permanent positions for experienced Stonemasons to join the team. Projects are around Midlothian and Central Edinburgh.

Responsibilities

• Operate as an experienced Stonemason on assigned projects and contribute to on-site masonry tasks.
• Support restoration works on masonry and heritage projects, including cut out & indent, lime mortar pointing and stone dressing where required.

Qualifications

• Time-served Stonemason with experience in restoration, heritage works, cut out & indent, lime mortar pointing and stone dressing.
• Willingness to make a long-term permanent move to the business.

Compensation and Benefits

• Rate is £14.50 per hour on books and £18 per hour LO; price work is available from time to time.
• Travel allowance of £12 per day is included.
