Overview

We are currently recruiting for Teaching Assistants to fill full time and part time roles within a lovely primary school in South Bristol.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working as a Teaching Assistant or Support Staff within a school and be comfortable working with SEN children in groups and 1:1. You will have a strong knowledge of phonics and be comfortable delivering phonics teaching to small groups.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and mentor school staff in delivering tailored behavioural strategies.
• Promote positive behaviour, emotional regulation, and self‑esteem through 1:1 or small group interventions.
• Deliver phonics teaching to small groups.
• Assist with SEN children in groups and 1:1 settings.
