Sales Associate (part-time 30hr)

Location: Gunwharf Quays, Portsmouth.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of customer service, ensuring all customers are treated with respect.
• Develop a thorough knowledge of products in store.
• Maintain merchandising standards in accordance with brand guidelines.
• Keep up‑to‑date with current trends and the brand’s place within the market.
• Follow all operational procedures in the store and stock room.

Qualifications

• Love interacting with customers; set example for team with hands‑on mentality, enthusiasm, and passion.
• Positive can‑do attitude and ability to handle all situations in store.
• Passion for brand, fashion and retail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English (second language a plus but not required).
• Flexible to work weekends, evenings and holidays as necessary.
• Previous experience is a plus but not essential; demonstrate Guiding Principles: Live with Integrity, Act Courageously, Be Curious, Act with Empathy, Persevere.
