Role Overview
A welcoming Specialist School in Reading is seeking a motivated Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their team in September. The successful candidate will support pupils with autism, SEMH needs, ADHD, and communication difficulties.
Responsibilities
- Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils
- Supporting emotional regulation and wellbeing
- Assisting teachers with classroom activities and interventions
- Building strong relationships with students and staff
- Helping create a safe and inclusive learning environment
- September start with excellent transport links
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Psychology or a related subject and have a genuine passion for supporting young people with additional needs.
