Exploratory Role – For those ready to build
Fly Fairly is a modern flight booking platform built for how Gen Z actually travels — crypto, BNPL, split-pay with friends, and zero payment surprises. We’re live in 10+ markets, integrated with 650+ airlines, and scaling quickly across the globe.
This role is for sharp, driven new grads who don’t want to wait years to own meaningful work. You may not have decades of experience, but you’ve probably built side projects, started a community, run a meme page, or taught yourself things you couldn’t learn in class. You’re not here to do what everyone else is doing — you’re here to move fast, learn everything, and leave a mark.
What You Could Work On
- Growth, partnerships, or launches in new markets
- UGC and social campaigns with creators or BNPL partners
- Community building, affiliate networks, or retention strategies
- Ops and support experience for global flight bookings
- Data, product testing, or internal tooling
- Really — whatever matches your energy and our roadmap

- You’ve shown initiative — even if that’s just building weird stuff online
- You communicate clearly and confidently
- You’re excited to figure things out (and ask good questions when you’re stuck)
- You move fast and don’t wait for permission
- Bonus: you’ve interned or worked at a startup before
